M-Squad Clinic

Every year, the Clinton Maroons M-Squad (cheerleading squad) has a mini-clinic for K-6th grade girls. They learn a dance, get a t-shirt and get to perform at half-time during the first home game. This is Emily's second year and last year she did great. This year it was raining ALL day so they decided to have the girls perform in the school gym rather than having them go out onto the muddy football field.

The practice before the performance was great but then Emily decided that she didn't want to perform with the girls during half-time stating that "she had never seen them do the dance" and wanted to watch instead. Oh well, I got some pics of the practice anyway!

This one is kinda grainy.

Lauren & Autumn's mom said that Emily MUST have sparklies in her hair! What kind of mother am I that I didn't even think of it! :)

Was it amazing? We didn't make it to the performance. Ady had been coughing all week and I didn't want her out in the rain:( I waited until the last minute to decide not to go too. We had hair and make up done, just had to get her dressed. Oh well she had one fun night and got a shirt.

Emily looks adorable!
